I just got back... it is a tie for me between this one and the first one.

Super FX4 04-04-2009 07:19 AM

This movie was better than the others, but it still had some corny stuff like the others. I did notice this movie seemed to have more muscle than import.

I enjoyed just seeing all the ricers show up.

bjp207 04-04-2009 09:36 AM

Im stoked to see to see vin diesels sister in the movie...shes a fox, but vin and paul walker are the worst actors ever

Jpaye 04-04-2009 11:01 AM

I loved it!! I have all of them but I also think this was one of the best

squirtbottle09 04-04-2009 02:04 PM

Yeah it was a much better story. Actually made some sense and was plausible. It was geared more towards the story, that having a flashy car. Best story yet, i still like the first one better.

G.LoomisMan 04-04-2009 09:27 PM

it was awesome, people left quite a few burnouts and donuts in the parking lot too

Haha same here. There were people peeling out, power breaking, "drifting", and even racing as we left. Lol

Strikeswiftly 04-05-2009 07:10 PM

lol I don't know about you but If I would have watched that movie and seen a bunch of idiots peeling out and drifting afterwards I would have laughed my ass off.

Im glad the import scene around here is long gone.

Raptor05121 04-05-2009 08:04 PM

I heard it was good from a few friends. Sounds like a plan to go see it when I go visit a friend in G-ville.

azmidget91 04-05-2009 08:09 PM

i liked it, had some corny lines in it but was ok

golden-lariat 04-05-2009 08:26 PM

How bout that fuel robbery, Pretty fake I thought. x3 on the crazies in the parking lot. Us included we hit 140 on the way home in my friends 06 monte carlo.
Movie was the best one yet though!

GreenBuck50 04-05-2009 08:46 PM

Watching the first on on tv right now... it is on FX.

kalealmighty 04-05-2009 09:34 PM

schreiberdrew 04-05-2009 09:40 PM

FX41 04-05-2009 09:48 PM

homerpete 04-05-2009 11:38 PM

This movie is supposed to take place before Tokyo Drift.

squeaky3 04-06-2009 12:24 AM

i saw it yesterday after noon
i thought it was probably the best one so far
it seemed like there was a lil less focus on the cars and a lil more focus on the plot of the movie

i will be seeing it again most likely and buy it when it comes out just like all the other ones

this one get my vote for the best one overall

the way it ended im hoping they will come out with another one

IDNC76 04-06-2009 01:09 AM

just saw it tonight , id have to say pass on this one

pretty cheesy

nothing beats the 1st one .........

Capbyrd 04-06-2009 12:04 PM

I went into this expecting the following:

1. Cheesy story
2. Bad acting
3. Cheesy action scenes with stuff blowing up
4. Good looking women
5. Jordana Brewster to just be SMOKING HOT!
6. Filmmakers that didn't do enough research about cars

Now that you understand what I was expecting, let me tell you that this movie delivers.

We went in a rather large group and enjoyed making fun of things as the movie went on. Like the Grand National that sometimes sounded like a v8 and sometimes sounded like a turbo v6 (what it should have been) or the funeral scene when they show the cars parked. We enjoyed making fun of the movie more than the movie itself.

OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and let me also just say

F-BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

alomar 04-06-2009 01:23 PM

I thought it was kind of entertaining, but pretty cheasy. Anyone else notice in that the 3 cars paul walker picks from impound that one is a Nissan GT-R? Who the hell gets their GT-R impounded?????? And why didnt he drive that instead of the rice mobile??

Are you serious? Nissan = japan = rice if you want to continue to use the whole rice thing. Secondly, everyone knows that the GT-R transmission blows up.

Thirdly, all three cars that he picked were Skyline GT-R's. Two of them though were the previous generation. They are badass cars actually. However, none of the parts of the new car would have easily swapped to the old cars so I don't know why he even needed the new one. And as for who gets it impounded...stupid people that drive with a suspended license or drive drunk.

fordf350 04-07-2009 02:55 PM

favorite car was the 2 seconds it showed the gt, but all around car was the green torino

Bighersh 04-07-2009 03:21 PM

Yeah, I'm so far behind on movies, it'd take me 3 months of nothing but watching movies to get caught up.

I plan to see this one though- as well as Taken, and Knowing...

Beautiful car. Too bad they wrecked it.

CowboyUpFX4 04-07-2009 04:41 PM

I really liked it... but whats up with all of the GM cars?!

Everytime I saw a Ford it was like a sigh of relief but I can't get over all the bowties everywhere. Wish they would've thrown some old Mustangs in there, but I got over it. Id rather see Chevys than rice!!

FX41 04-07-2009 04:44 PM

Does this one have Joanna Bruster? If it doesn't its not worth seeing.

Capbyrd 04-07-2009 07:12 PM

Nice...

BoneyBobbo 04-12-2009 04:09 PM

the story line was ok but over all the movie sucked... you think fast and furious you think cars.. and the movie was not about the cars at all. i would of like to see them combine a little aspect from the last 3 movies... this guys gives it two thumbs down!!!!!!!:(

gpaje 04-12-2009 04:32 PM

I liked it, but for me I liked the first movie the best, then Tokyo Drift, than this new movie. I pretend the 2nd movie (Too Fast Too Furious) was never made.

modea2006 04-12-2009 06:40 PM

I was confused because they blew up the charger in the tunnel, but they brought it back at the very end...

pmason718 04-12-2009 08:02 PM

I thought it was a great movie.

wchamp7 04-12-2009 09:39 PM

i liked it alot a little better than the first one.

JForestZ34 04-12-2009 11:08 PM

I saw it Thurs night and I liked it better than the 3rd one.. Some of the things I find that were really corny about the movie was when they took off in the race in the start of the movie, is every car that Dom gets in seem to pull wheels. At the end when he gets in the camaro he's running on the salt bed or gravel, he downshifts and pulls the wheels on a slippery surface.. LOL Come on they can do better than that... Over all a good movie but I still the original one is better. If there is one more I don't think they should make more than 5 then, because then it will probably take a way different turn, which could kill all the other movies...

lol, the first one is the cheesiest I've ever seen. They didn't have half the lingo right, the actors and production crew assisting their lines didn't know what they were talking about. I don't know how this one was cheesier. I liked the movie, and I too would have been laughing if people started racing away from the theater.

If you see it for anything, see it for the sweet cars.

Showya 04-13-2009 03:27 AM

Just got in from seeing it at the casino and have to admit it was okay. I'd rather spent $19.00 on a hot slot than ticket, soda, and popcorn. I will have to give it 1 1/2 Stars
