Not correct. He told GM and Chrysler they got X amount of time to get their together, or he will see them in bankruptcy court.

After feeling the heat of everything the GM CEO resign on his own terms, because he knew he was in trouble.

Now is the time to buy some GM stock though. $1.94 and falling!
