stanghauler,
usually conversion packages include: woodgrain overlay on dash and other interior stuff, sometimes putting leather on stock seats, aftermarket rims (usually progressives), billet grilles, fiberglass airdams w/ fog lights, sometimes taillight covers (slotted kind), some sort of steps or full lenght boards, sometimes bed rails or tonneaus, sometimes sunroofs/moonroofs, sometimes custom paint, and decals. And some might include a performance package - chip, exhaust modifications, and suspension modifications.
either the dealer or the previous owner had the conversion package put on the truck. I've been to a ford dealer in Arlington, Tx and half of their expedition and f150 stock had Prestige (I think) conversion packages. I see alot of Chevy's for sale as "Cowboy Conversions". There are also "travel time conversion" trucks out there. choo choo customs, roush, stillen, and many others also offer conversion packages.
If you would like know more about the Mark III conversion on your truck I suggest you go to www.markIII.com, find the nearest dealer and go talk to them about it.
