This one is my favorite...

As far as horsepower numbers go I could really care less. When I get into my personal vehicle I'm looking for a more relaxing slow drive after driving at triple digit speeds all day trying to catch speeders on the highways. I just wanted a car that I know has the power and performance if needed and it's more then enough for me.

I bought the Mustang because I love the design and the appearance over the Chargers or the Camaros. IMO the new Challengers look horrible but that's just my opinion.

I'll update the thread with pictures when the HIDs and the new Pioneer Navigation system are installed. In addition to those items some WeatherTech digital floor mats are on the way.

They did not have any at the dealership but I did see several in catalogues. They look like pretty thick glass with an interior sun shade.

So far the to-do list consists of..

1. Window Tint (Done)
2. All weather floor mats
3. Replacing the fog lamps with hid lamps for alternative high beams
4. Pioneer GPS/Navigation/XM Radio AVIC-F700BT
That's a Pony baby! Just beautiful!

Welcome to the Mustang club -- they are a blast to drive!

I've had my '08 for a tad more than a year now and am so glad I got it when I did -- in my opinion, all the 2010 redesign does is destroy the classic styling of the vehicle!

jk007 - Yes I believe it's 35 or 37% on the front with the legal limit being 25%. The sun just makes it look dark.

Zaairman - Pioneer AVIC F700BT - Navigation/Satellite/Blue Tooth System

NICE!!!! I love the wheels!! Now they would really set off with a pair of black stripes....

IMO, If I had the funds available to buy a new Mustang, I'd wait for the '10s to show up. Too many 05-09s driving around...

Can't wait to see the HIDs!!!
