What point are you trying to make? I have a strong feeling that the Texas National Guard, and 2nd amemdment allowing us to form a militia and bear arms, we should be fine. I doubt anything will come out of this, but if they do decide to start trying to invade texas...oh boy

It's kind of like what that Japanese General said as they were attacking Pearl Harbor during the movie, "I'm afraid we have awoken a sleeping giant". Right now the majority of America isn't supporting the war in Iraq so there isn't a lot of push behind it from the people, but if you actually try to invade our country I think they will be in for a rude awakening. I could see a lot of my friends from back home in eastern Kentucky moving to Texas just for the fun of it lol.

Fighting a war in America is like sticking your hand in a wasps nest. You can think your tough and put your hand in it, but in a short period of time, your going to realize how stupid you were, and pull out. If not, die of an allergy or something along wasp attack lines.
American Civilians alone are deadly. You get a few hunters, sharp shooters, and haters together, you've got a motivated militia force. Not to mention our military is superb.

Just getting worse by the day:
REYNOSA — A violent street battle between suspected gangsters and Mexican soldiers killed at least five people Tuesday morning as separate protests against the military presence shut down parts of the city for several hours

Linky:
http://www.themonitor.com/articles/r...l/bloody_.html

We've been noticing that the folks coming across with the correct papers are bring the entire family's now. There are quite a few buying houses now and paying cash. Seems like they have no intention of going back until this settles down. The drug lords don't care who they kill. The more the individual Zeta kills, the higher his rank in the gang. Your life and anybody elses doesn't matter to him and some of these gang members are only 12-13 years old with double digit murders under their belt. While we can talk boldly about going down to defend Texas, these guys are carrying RPGs, M16s, Uzis, 50 cals to name a few. Frankly, you don't stand much of a chance against these punks. Like I said earlier, they have already shot one of our Apache Helicopters down about 2 years ago. They have the best armory that huge amounts of drug money can buy.

Add a few more zeros to that number and you'll be fine. Get a Trijicon ACOG for that AR, too.
