I have no way to verify this. It was about 1-1/2 ago. They still sell bullets. Where as a the old Walmart just miles down the same road, they still sell guns.

BTW, try cheaperthandirt.com
My neighbor is a gun freak. He said the same thing.
WalMart is phasing guns and ammo out completely.
Get it while you can. Thanks Big O.

I have wanted to start reloading, maybe this is a good reason to finally convince the old lady that a few hundred bucks worth of equipment is good home defense expense!

Well I just added 200 rounds to my stockpile, cost me $60, I know it wasn't the greatest deal, but here in Parker Co, it was the ONLY deal, nobody has 9mm, .357, or .38 in town...

Side not, I'm going to sound like an idiot here, but I'm used to buying WWB, the 115gr. FMJ. I got Remington, 115 gr. but the are UMC and actually a little smaller bullet than the FMJ. Whats the difference?

wow. ill have to dig up some pics for you guys one day. im in the army, and im a licensed ammo handler, among other things.

i have pictures of tons and tons and tons and tons of brass.

everything from 9mm , 5.56 (reg and tracer), 7.62 (reg and tracer), 40mm grenade (mostly paint rounds in garrison, but we did get some actual grenades in iraq - not hand grenades- these are for the m203 grenade launcher), .50 cal (reg, tracer, and armor piercing, and up to 81mm artillery rounds.

i havent needed to buy ammo in like 3 years lol.

How deep is deep, just wondering, I have 500+ I would like to quadruple that. Then I would feel comfortable.

Give Mike a call. I've bought a good bit of reman ammo from him and he gives law enforcement discounts as well. Nice guy to deal with.

I don't own a gun because I never thought I would need to but you guys have me thinking I better get one and stock up on ammo?
Not sure how liberal your state is. Those of us in CA have seen the prices of guns and ammo skyrocket over the years and laws become more restrictive. Some handguns that are legal in most other states are not legal here.

I bought my first Ruger .357 mag in 1985 (Security Six) for $190.00.
I replaced it about 1990 with a better .357 (GP100 in Stainless) for $300.00.
That same GP100 today is about $500 plus.

CA is the home of Senators Feinstein and Boxer. Need I say more?

BTW, I saw your request about permits in DE. I would suggest you simply call a local dealer and ask him for the legal requirements in your state.
