Cool My 97 may look "newer" than some 2000's

Yep! I keep on seeing nice shiny new F150s but everything is brown under it Is it so hard to clean it up a little. Well on a 4x4 it can really show so I paint my 97's underside black, when I do a detail job. And it looks alot better than a brown diff and driveshaft.

When I will install the body lift kit, I will have the frame, suspension etc... cleaned and painted all over

This is the front, I painted the frame and suspension parts. (its so easy when you take off the wheels)

This is a side view. I use Armor All to clean the plastic fender walls

How many new F150s out there look like this? Around here: none

A side view of the rear wheel. I use header paint to paint my "brown" muffler. Then I will sand (480 grit paper) my tailpipe to bring back that "look".

Sorry about the heavy pics but what you see here is a half-assed job. Imagine a full-*** job, if you will. Oh and I will use my whole a$$ this summer and I will post some more pics. But from a normal view this looks great and I think more people should do this (just a thought). All in all this cost me 10 bucks and 15 minuts of my time

thanks

Ziebart does the same thing, $300 once. My '95 looked shiny black underneath after 130K+ miles.

Looking good, even for a half *** job.
