Post anyone ordered from CarParts.com

wondering what their service is like. Good/Bad experiences? They have that 1/3 coupon in the mags and I was think about ordering the edlebrock IAS shocks using that to make them a little more affordable.

If I were ever to order from them again I would make the sales person read back everything that pertains to getting your order. I ordered a Borla cat back system. When I called to check on order I was told it would be delayed for another month. I cancelled only to find that it was shipped to wrong address and I was billed on charge card. Took a month or more to get the charges removed. Poor customer service when there is a problem.

I thought 1/3 off, Cool! I went online and found nothing. I then emailed them a list of parts I was thinking about for my Mustang (Edlebrock intake, cam, control arms, etc). They emailed me back saying they didn't carry any of those parts. And I thought a 302 Mustang was a common vehicle...

I asked them about a part that I know doesn't exist, and they said they had it for $199. Their online catolog isn't that great either. Try this, put in multiple cars and then select performance parts. More than 99% of the time the same parts show up for entirely different vehicles. Just my $.02

Thanks so far, they really don't have anything I want that much. But they do have the IAS shocks and it would work out to be 200 for all 4 which isn't that bad, so I may try.

Anyone else?
