Boot care

Seeing as we have a thread on boots, i thought a complimenting thread for boot care would go well too.

What do ya'll use on your boots?

i use oil labeled for Ranch & Home made by Obenauf's

im starting to wonder if theres anything else besides a toe guard that would help keep my boots from getting cut up at work.

I use Nikwax on my hiking boots... more for waterproofing than anything else because I don't really care about their appearance.

The blundstone boots I wear look better all beat up so I don't clean them up at all.

Well, typically I spill some polymer called bitumastic on them. Currently have a coating of grey primer. Once we start "pig digs" I might get some pipe coating on them.

The more crap you spill on them, the more protected they become.
