i dunno, the pic of my friend KR has stock pirellies and he had no problems what so ever. i talked him into getting stuck so you have to try. i think you should be fine its really hard in alot of areas and if your not flooring it i wouldn't think youd get stuck. its up to you, do you have LS?

oxlander, are you gonna be able to make it out to the meet?

At PA last summer there were a lot of dry soft areas on the sand "road" that weren't there in years past. Usually it's all hard packed sand, nothing loose. I still didn't get stuck, even though I'm lowered 2/4 and 2wd.

ask for the day off, then do your research paper before hand.

I still got the wheels, had to give the tires back. All though im sure it could be arranged

I will probably swap over wheels to squeeze more MPG's out of my truck, and just so i dont mess them up on the beach. Plus this way i can have some fun on the beach

Unfortunately no. I'm on wildfire call-out that week. I was just down there a week or so ago while in town for the SuperCross at Reliant. I've always enjoyed that area as much or more than Crystal beach.

The sand on the island is rather course. I wouldn't suggest running nice rims.
