Okay everything is in order right now. I ran a clean up and deleted temp files, which got rid of alot of useless add-ons. Then I downloaded the adobe flashplayer again....So far ive been running really good for a few hours.

DELETE SPYWARE TRACKER!
9 times out of 10 these are useless programs that actually forward your information to other parties with out your knowledge. They will also hinder flash players and other embedded web objects as these operations are considered to be questionable and possible threats. The reality is that 99 percent of spy ware is deployed because of the users acceptance of a download be it an add in or a new program. All you need is a good anti-virus/email scanner program (I recommend AVG-free) and you are good to go. The more crap you run in the background, the less resources you will have to execute your programs.
