Shell Pura
One of the reasons our gasprices are so high,is the fact that we have to many cars around here.+- 7.000.000 on a population of 15.000.000 people.
With taxes of over 70% on our fuel our government is forcing us to take the bus ,train,metro,bicycle or whatever.
They are so concerned about the environment.
Well, Shell introduced a new type of fuel,called Shell Pura.
As they say it's much better for your engine and the environment.It's the fuel for the future and a good alternative for Unleaded 95.Shell stopped producing the premium 98 leaded fuel.There is only 1 negativ point though,Pura is more expensive to refine.
If our Government is really concerned about the environment,I would have expected,they had lowered the tax on this new type of fuel.
Pura is 9 cents per liter more expensive then Euro 95 unleaded. 2.65 dg <-> 2.56 per liter.
So,who is going to buy this stuff,.....certainly not me.
This proves again,that it's the money they are after.
