I would like to see if there are enough people from West Texas that would like to meet in Lubbock, TX to make it worth while to mess with.
I really like the idea of these meets and with all of the Ford trucks arround here there must be sonme.

They way I've always done it is to draw a line south along the east side of the panhandle and west of that is west Texas.
