CB radio mounting

Where do you guys have your cb's mounted? Got one on the way, and just looking for ideas as where to put it. I know for Jeeps there is a pretty nice overhead console with a cb mount on it. Can't seem to find something like it for the 150 though. Anyone know of anything? I have a single cab, so space is limited.
I found this, just not sure if they could hold a cb. Anyone ever seen these installed?

I have a bracket that holds the radio by either side and secured the bracket to that screw that is on the bottom of the fascia right in the middle of dash down under the radio and climate controls. It stays pretty snug there and isn't really in the way, and I was able to tuck the wires up under the dash from there so it looks pretty good IMO.
I had pics in my old album here but IDK what happened to all of that and I haven't bothered with a new album yet.
My bracket is just one piece of metal that has a hole in the middle on top and is bent around the sides of the cb to allow me to attach the radio using the screws on the side of it.

Yea. I thought about that little blank space, just seeing if there were any other ideas I was over looking.
I thought about somehow mounting it on dash, far left side, where the edge pod goes. Then running mic up to visor, but I think that might look funny.
Once I get it in, I'm going to hold it up to the roof, and see if I can make it work anywhere.

ya the most popular place to put it on the 97-03 body style trucks in an the plactic piece that is just below the radio and climate controls using the bracket that comes stock with most cb radios

or if you have a center console you might be able to mount it to that using the stock bracket just flipped the other way

another thing is there is a special bracket that you might be able to find online somewhere that either bolts to the floor in the middle or is held on there someway but it might be in the way with just that on the floor

I have never had a CB radio in my truck (97-03) body style. However I did have a UHF fire radio (basically same size as a CB) in it at one point.

I mounted the radio in the driver's door pocket, actually, it just kinda fit in there pretty snug and I didn't have to "mount it." I drilled a hole through the bottom of the door pocket and ran the co-ax and the power cord through that and then through the door hinge area into the engine bay. The antenna was a fender mount one and I ran power to the battery. The cables were not pinched and I was able to hear the speaker easily. I just let the mic sit in the pocket that is next to the deep one.

Sorry I don't have any pics.
