Yea approximately 23,000 miles in one year! My truck has been accross 12 state's in one year! So far the only thing i've replaced on my truck is the battery and dome light bulb's. I plan on keeping my truck till atleast 200,000 mile's which at this rate won't take very long.

1997 Reg cab 248,6xx runs strong but 5 speed may be all done. It is in at the shop for pre-admission and will most likely need surgery!!! pray for her. She has many OEM parts still attached ie: battery, alt, headlights, tail lights, u joints minus 1. shocks, the list goes on. She still looks and runs well 12 years running. Bought aug 96- today 1/16/09. not bad.

 

06 XLT bought with 32 miles, in Dec 06, 16,300 miles to date. Never have owned a single vehicle this long in my life. And still love it!

1997 XLT Reg Cab Flareside 4X4 - 5.4L Bought used in 1999 with 24K miles. Now has 249,000. All original except normal maint. items and alternator. Put in a shift kit, and Superchips at 30K. People say it still looks new - runs and drives so nice it should pass 300K easily. Best vehicle I've ever owned.....At this point, I don't think I'll ever get rid of it.

My grandson turns 16 next month and he wants it......

 

My 2005 XLT was bought March, 2005 with 72 miles and now have 80,400. Right now, I plan on keeping it for a long time, it's a great truck, fun to drive.

My wife's 2000 Expedition was delivered in August, 1999 and was the first of that model year to arrive at the dealer. Now has 8,800 and still smells new, still looks new. It's also black but with the tan interior.
