Cool

She is always complaining about me "slamming" on the brakes for every stop. She is always saying I drive like sh!+. Yet, when driving with her, I always make it a point to "not" comment on her driving. I'm sure one day it will rub off on her....NOT.

Cool

Wife thinks the man should do the driving and I'm OK with that
She does get ticked if I go over 2,500 RPM (3,500 in the van) though
Says I'm "Racing"

The only thing my wife complains about is the music I listen to. The way I drive when I'm with her is very different from the way I drive when I'm alone.
I have the same rule as Tina, driver picks the music.
I have a second rule, Nobody else drives my truck.

ATST- my wife must be related to your husband. She does the same exact stuff, its very annoying.Especially grabbing the bar. She also lets me know about every cop within a 50 mile radius just in case I'm going 2 mph over the speed limit.

How about this rule:
One person controls the HVAC and the other controls the music?

Well I guess I can consider myself LUCKY compared to some of you! My wife only complains about three things when I drive:

1. My country music

2. My gas-guzzling-pig of a truck (her van gets the same gas mileage--almost)

and

3. My "old-woman" driving tendancies(gotta protect my baby!)

Otherwise, when with family or dogs in the truck, I drive much safer for them.

My wife reminds me once in a while that we are not back on the Autobahn in Germany. I can't figure out why she keeps hitting the invisible brake on her side of the truck??

I just let her drive, and I only suggest where she park it.
Same in the boat, If I drive she says I am going to fast, If she drives it's WIDE OPEN all the way.

My wife does not like to drive, so she has very little to say about the way I drive and she is an excellent watchdog for the cops. The only thing she complains about is my yelling at the dumb sob who just cut me off or is doing 45 in the fast lane. She just says "Road Rage could get us killed" and rolls up her window.

You folks make me feel pretty darn lucky.

I'm goin' on 30 years with the same woman, and she only flaps her arms and sucks all the oxygen out of the air from time to time -- but I keep reminding her that an inch is as good as a mile when in traffic.
