So my dad got drunk last night.
I am truly sorry to read about your family's plight. That being said, though, I would hope that you (at least you, perhaps others in your family) seek counseling in order for you all to deal effectively with this situation. While we can offer you advice here---as well as some humor---I do not believe any of us are qualified to give you what you actually need.
I hope that you, your dad, and the rest of your family can work to get help in this situation.

At your age it's time you stopped taking sh*t from a drunk and allowing him to make your life miserable. After 15 years of drinking and being broke you'd think he'd finally had enough and would get his life in order -- apparently not. Throw his sorry a$$ out of the house and move on with your life!
I grew up with an alcoholic in the house and I am all too well aware of the fact that it is one excuse after another with these sorry SOB's -- cut bait, move on and don't let the miserable bastard guilt you into doing anything for his pathetic life that he's not willing to do for himself. After a certain point, tough love is the only way to deal with these self-absorbed a-holes.....
