My old Mustangs

I found some old pictures of my 2 Mustangs that I had prior to my '98 F-150. The 1979 I bought in high school from my dad's boss for $2000. I put another $1000 into it. I had it painted and got new rims and tires. It was a 2.8L V-6 Mustang Ghia coupe. It was a rust/brown color before the white. I drove it from 1986-1994.

After the rims

After the paint but before the rims

Interior. You gotta love the dash pad, sheepskin seats and equalizer for the stereo.

I sold the '79 for $1000 and bought a 1994 Mustang GT in Dark Highland Green with the optional 17" 245/45 ZR tires, leather interior and Boss 460 stereo. This was my college graduation present to myself.

Some day I will own a Mustang again but not until the kids are older. I still miss my '94 GT.

the ones that got away can't ever be replaced but the one you get in the future will be better than you remember your '94

I have a '94 now, and it's so fun to play in...I can imagine how badly you miss it.

I sold my 66 coupe 2 months before I bought my junk yard because I had nowhere to park it or work on it. Now I almost cry when I see one pass by.

I rented a 2007 V6 coupe back in April and drove it 800 miles in North Carolina... I would have loved to purchase a Mustang instead of the 2008 F-150 I just bought... but for the next few years I need a truck more then a car... some day I hope to own a Stang.

I tried to get a Mustang to replace my old Ranger, but insurance was WAY too high. So I got this!
