There is a saying: "Those who do not learn from history are condemned to repeat it." Didn't he learn that from '41-'45 that people dressed in uniforms like that carrying weapons like that were shot and killed by Americans?

I cannot honestly see how anyone could protest this, he wouldn't drop the gun and obey the officers so they did what they had to do. Ensuring the safety of the officers and any bystanders is what they are expected to do right?

 

Exactly, its a damned if you do or a damned if you dont kind of deal. Everyone knows you dont point guns at cops. DUH!!!
