Smile Be Carefull, Snow

Anyone that got the "big" snow here in NC and VA, and filled up their bed with snow for traction, especially ones without a bed liner, BEWARE.
Now that were getting a good thaw, that snow will turn into a ice cube and move around in the bed.
One good fast take off and that ice will slam back against the tail gate and possibly bow it. Live and learn in Yankee land....

For the Raleigh, NC area 20 inches of snow
is a big deal here, when they leave the damm snow and ice on the roads, waiting for the Sun to melt it, isnt this the year 2000 or is this the 1920's? Without my Ford 4x4 I would have been stranded.

I think I have the same 'berg' in the back of my truck that sank the Titanic.

Today at work, our roof started to leak from the melting snow. One of our more "thoughtful" employees went up on the roof (two stories up) to find the leak and started chucking snow and ice off the roof, which of course landed all over my fiberglass lid! I ran out side and bitched at him for not asking us to move our vehicles, and he couldn't understand why I was getting so upset. If the finish is scratched up, someone's going to pay. Moron.......
