You HAVE to get LittleBigPlanet. It's an amazingly fun game for how simple it is, and is great for when you've got a group of people together chillin. I've had a PS3 for about 2 years now, and while I love it, I don't think I've logged anywhere near as many hours as I have over the last few weeks with this game. The rest of the games mentioned here are awesome as well. Call of Duty 4 FTW.

Anyways, if you loved FPS, pick up Call of Duty 4. Excellent game as I have logged in over 80 hours in the game. I recently picked up Resistance 2 and Fallout 3. A few others to mention if you want to purchase some stuff from the PSN would be:

I never have like sony as much, but as someone else said forza motorsports is really awesome, COD4 is awesome online(and i hate fps) and of course madden ncaa nba live all are really sick. And another thing is that online for ps3 is free and is much more casual than xbox live so that could be a pro or a con for you haha. But both are amazing!

 

I'll have one by the time that comes out.

 

So i just bought COD4 and played around online a bit. Freakin AMAZING so far. i love it.
