Well Tina, my 99 is a fully loaded truck (minus 4x4 and 6-disc CD). The price was 25K. But when you add is sales tax, doc fees, extended warrantee, etc.; the final costs came to 30K.

I guess you could say I scored! The company I work for bought over 400 F-150's last year and have an account set up with Ford Motor Company, they graciously allowed me to purchase mine through them. Total out the door with tax, lic. and all the other garbage fees: $19,895.00. Now I'll Probably spend that much more over the next few years customizing it. Aint life grand!

My truck was an early graduation present...How do you spell "present"? Did I spell it right? Amazing that I graduated at all, huh?

Red face

Tina,
Home office is in Atlanta, GA. And our refurbishment center is in S.C. Become an employee and a new 2000 is awaiting you my dear. And yes our company will be getting many, many new 2000's when they are available. They are continuously buying new trucks. IE the NEW job location I just got transfered to and arrived today at is in Albuquerque, NM. They are delivering new trucks this past week and many more weeks to come. My 1999 f-150 4x2 4.6L work truck just brought me all the way from WA state with no problems. The bed was full and I pulled a 5x8 U-Haul trailer. Crossed many mountain passes (even as high as 7,700') maintained the speed limit (Co. truck you know, and I'm the Safety Manager, only in my own do I do the speed thing) but really missed my new "Red". She's staying in WA. with my wife until she comes down in Nov. I'm going to have to fly back at least twice a month to wash her (thats the truck by the way). Cant wait to drive "Red" down here, I'll probably end up cutting my driving time in at least thirds. The 4.6L sure could use a chip (for the gas milage) I averaged only about 13-14mpg, I haven't crunched the numbers yet but pulling that trailer and all the mountains it couldn't be that good.
GO ON THE SECOND YELLOW, AND WATCH EM IN THE MIRROR!

Yeah right 54. After doing the power aid, I'm already planning on the velocity tube. I have real back up lights and custom alarm in the works, as well as getting bed rails back on then I'll be done. (for a minute)

------------------
Andthensometoo ®
"Moonlight Blue" 98 F150 SC XLT 2WD 4.6, 3.55 LS Tow Pkg. SUPERCHIP, K&N Airbox mod. w/ "Cool" intake, Mobil One Oil, Bosch +4's, Throttle Body Spacer Plate. Lund Fastback, Lighted visor, Runninng Boards, Crome Taillight covers, Polished Steel Fenderwell Moldings, Smoked Bug and Rain guards, Shelf-it, Carpet dash cover, "Andthensometoo" in silver Letters 3" tall on tail gate. Red Wings license plate in front, Red Wings license plate frame in back, Little Detroit Viper hanging from mirror, Oh yeah, and one "Blacked-out" grill.
Gonna get my Bed rails back on, Finally!
Couldn't find the right Polished steel design, so once I modify the powercoated ones I just bought, I will paint them.

Q: who wants my "Pocket Mount" chrome ones? Price:cost of shipping, or gas and maybe lunch if you live in S/E MI.

Hi, I'm Derek and I am an Avgasaholic and an addict.

Thank GOD I love sleepers! Without needing Centerlines and body mods, that money can go into the Allen kit.

Oh, wait. Rationalizing again...

Please help me...I don't know where to turn...

I am taking donations!

P.S. On the bright side, driving my F-150 makes me enjoy getting up for work (sick, I know)... I guess I haven't hit bottom yet...
