Ok.. now that is out of my system... I hope they let a controlled bankruptcy happen. They need to allow a restructure without the unions. As far as the retiries... I wouldn't be apposed to the government setting aside money for them to cover the amount that is owed them. That might be the way to go. The least damage to the people who are affected.

They're not always accurate
Maybe so, but in America, you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, maybe you don't believe in those values, but I do. Then again, as BlueJay said, you can THINK whatever you want, doesn't matter if it's true or of you can prove it.

common sense falls in the mix somewhere. That is where liberals fall short. That and American history and why we were great.

Who knew after the whole Lewinsky deal it would be the purgery that got him You may want to look into that Whitewater deal a little better... there's some pretty interesting "coincidences" there. Not all crooks get busted for their crimes, but I'm a firm believer in things coming back around. OJ is proof of that.

Would you go into a business partnership with someone that has been investigated multiple times? What if everyone else this person has done business with has gone to jail or died under suspicious circumstances?

That is Clinton. I have lived in Arkansas 29 of my nearly 31 years on this planet. The man is as crooked as any snake I have ever seen.

As for the UAW, pi$$ on them. They've made their bed now they can sleep in it.

Clinton screwed up there, big time. After all the unproven allegations thrown at him since he became a candidate, you'd think he'd have been smarter, but he wasn't.

That's why they do it Wookie, to make people suspicious, doesn't matter if any of it's true or honorable. They love to plant that seed of doubt. Someday the left will learn how to play that game too.

Many people in Arkansas knew that Clinton was a crook and were happy to see him go to Washington. That got him out of their state. It was no different with LBJ. Many Texans knew too much about Johnson. There was even one that committed suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head with a rifle.

With very few exceptions, is it any different with any politician? Arkansas did keep Clinton around for quite a while, they couldn't have been too sick of him.

Just like any other place. The honest people were sick, the crooks in power wanted to keep him or send him on to higher positions. Some of you Arkansas people chime in and tell me if I'm wrong. One of my golf buddies is from Little Rock and his son worked for Clinton in the White House. The man is a skunk, a scoundrel and a crook.

I already have, and was told that I did not know what I was talking about. However, here on the streets of Little Rock most people are not big fans. They have seen how the man abused power and everyone around him. How he had the tax codes changed to favor the businesses his friends ran. The man has lived above the laws since he was a kid. I know people that knew him in High School that will attest to this. But then again what do I know; I'm just a gullible schmuck that is fooled by the R's lies. It doesn’t matter that I have seen all of this first hand.
