Post Get rid of dantheman and get his site shut down

Folks,
Feel free to visit this link at angelfire: http://angelfire.lycos.com/doc/watch.html

This is their form of nieghborhood watch where you can give the url of a site that has broken their rules:

Such as:
k) Transmission of unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation via email or news groups that lists a Member Web Page.

o) Acting in a manner that disrupts the flow of normal conversation in a chat room including, but not limited to, the harassment of other members, the excessive use of vulgarity, or the use of hate speech.

s) Any use of a Member Web Page in connection with "spamming" or the sending of unsolicited messages.

Not to mention the name of his site uses terminology not acdeptable by Angelfires rules.

As a webmaster myself, I am familiar with the ins and outs of getting rid of individuals such as this.

OK pretend I'm dumb. Except for the use of the word "@ss" and the hidious wallpaper on some of his pages, I could go on, and on, and on, how exactly, did he breach the rules you have posted above?
I'd like to help, but I like to know what I am talking about, when making a complaint. Or could I just complain on the matter of "good taste?"

Andthensometoo,

Based upon all of his posts, and the responses to them from members of this board, as well as the fact that he was kicked out of here for them, I felt that he was definetely violating the rule that states:
s) Any use of a Member Web Page in connection with "spamming" or the sending of unsolicited messages

I believe that his attempt to re- enter the boards was unsolicited and frankly, I was tired of seeing his posts. If you don't agree with my original post, thats fine, I'm not trying to push my opinions on anyone, but for those that were interested and felt bothered by his comments, I offered a solution, temporary as it may be.
Thanks.

Cool

OK I get it! I guess I needed some clarification on what those rules meant. I must agree we did not encourage or solicit his participation or opinions here.

Hey cphilip, I have my standards!!
"nasty", "amusing", "delightful", "enchanting", and "fascinating" = good. Whereas "hidious", "disgusting", "vulgar","beefheaded", "beef-witted", "beetleheaded", "blear-witted", "blockheaded", "blockish", "chuckleheaded", "dense", "doltish", "dull", "dumb", "duncical", "fatheaded", "goosey", "hammerheaded", "numskulled", "pinheaded", "thick", "thickheaded", "retarded", "asinine", "fatuous", "foolish", "silly", "simple", "brutish", "dummel", "lumbering", "oafish", "slow", "sluggish", "half-assed", "crass", "backward", "half-witted", "idiotic", "imbecilic", "dead above (or between) the ears", "dead from the neck up", Or last but not least: "having a block (v6) for a head", = BAD!!
