http://helm.com/ sells all the TSB's. Is that what you are looking for? They are $6 each! and for my 97 there are 94 of em!

Seems like I remember a feature here http://www.edmunds.com/ that you could search for em. I cannot get the site up to confirm. If I remember they were very brief and I do not think they gave you much more than an overview. I had no confidence in them but things may be changed.
