Exactly. And not all those jobs will be around either, which means you have more competition for them and the best man will get it, hence a higher quality product at a cheaper cost because you wouldn't incur any of the UAW overhead. Viola!!!

Well isnt that the problem and the reason for the "Job Banks" because they cant fire/layoff the UAW folks?
