Biking that distance doesn't impress me.
For 25 Billion dollars, I'd moonwalk from Detroit to DC.

Respectfully, it's not about Leer jets or arriving in Chevy Volts, it's all based on bad decision making and the auto industry's refusal to change with the times. They made bad business deals and we're stuck paying the bills. I hate seeing thousands of people lose factory jobs - this is the only reason I say bail the idiots out. If you make a bad financial decision within your home, call Ford, Chrysler and GM to bail you out. Let me know who gets back with you first. - Og

For 26 Billion dollars, I'd moonwalk from Detroit to DC in the nude.
(I figure they'd pay me off before I got thru Ohio)

I still wouldn't give them any money. It's their own faults for getting into this positions. If they fail, then that means less competition.

I agree, but call me sensitive. I would hate to see so many middle class people lose their jobs. - Og

Less competition means higher prices.

The Government is doing all it can to actually loan (give) them the money, but those three couldn't have done a worst job asking for it in front of congress and the whole World.

They gave them a second chance to actually have a plan and practice at being less stupid answering questions. I suspect they will get the loans, and the big 2.5 will have no idea on how to use it.

Personally, if my truck had a factory warranty I don't know if I'd go hollering, 'Let them fail'.

Raoul, I think you should do your part by lending them each a goat for the trip.

If they really cared about the environment, and shoving it in the senetors faces, they would stay in detroit and use the Internet to broadcase and be there. Setup some TV's on the tables, and answer away !
