Texas Colleges
thats how my friend said he felt about florida and auburn is kind of the same way, you either party or do nothing. lately i haven't been doing the partying thing any more. just aint my thing to much, id rather be doing something else, which is one of the reasons why i bought a fj40 to work on. but don't get me wrong, i still drink occasionally, but i don't drink to get drunk, maybe just a beer here and there occasionally, and if i go out partying its just because some friends begged for me to come. im shocked by how much money some of my friends have spent on alcohol this semester
hmm.. I'm kinda late on this one, but I'm goin to a community college right now too at Victoria College, down in Victoria, TX.. but my major is nursing.. I have 1 more year here at VC, and in another year after that I'll pick up my BSN from a University of Houston branch, which is also here in Victoria.. I'm moving to Houston to go to UT after all is said and done to finish up with my Masters in nurse anesthesia.. that's where the real money is at..

I see a lot of yall are goin in for engineering and etc.. thats cool, but i definately recommend some of yall consider healthcare.. youll always be guaranteed a job and the pay is more than fair imo.. as a CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist) with my masters, I'll be looking at starting out at over $125k a year.. sounds good enough to me.. mind you I'll be in school for 6 more years.. and grad when I'm 27.. heck even as a RN with an associates degree, you could be easily make $50-75k a yr..
okok.. enough bout me.. I heard UT in Houston has a pretty good Engineering school.. but ya said you didn't want a super huge city.. so yea, my bad..

I guess its all who you hang out with but, when I was in auburn with a buddies friend, ya they drank, but they also did a TON of four wheeling and offroading. Sucks you had a bad experience there however when I went it did seem pretty boring outside of my buddies brothers house haha. And also UT austin is giant but I have heard great things about it, my cousin lives in austin. Dont go to baylor or TCU they suck haha

UT is nearly impossible to get into. if your not top 10, you either get rejected or if your lucky get to take summer classes to qualify you to get into the school, this kid i knew was the 1st person out of top 10 at our school and did not get accepted to UT

Sorry, I was just razzin ya. Since ya live in Spring, I would go to A&M. College Station is cool, and has a nice vibe. Like someone said earlier...they have a great girl to guy ratio. So does SFA in Nacadoches. I went to Texas Tech, and loved it. The girls are way hotter there than any other school in Texas. If you want quality tail, Go to Tech. If you want quantity, A&M is your best bet. If you want hairy, liberal, hippy ***...try UT. That would be your best bet for a manage et trois

well the hottest girl from my school went to tech and all the guys say girls there are gorgeous, the only restraint i have of going to tech is another 10-11 hour drive home, thats why i have been leaning towards a&m more but im not sure if a&m is for me either i really like smaller schools but i also need a school with a good mech eng program.
