Nice ranger, you should check out http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/ if you haven't already. Ford section is towards the top. FYI they're rough on n00bies there, but full of technical knowledge.

haha yeah they are. i have been over there for a few years. just not active.

 

I did get my 3 link pretty much done. Springs are a bit stiff but i think they will loosen up. It drives pretty good overall, just need to dial it in when the weather is decent.

 

That's a sweet looking truck! I remember reading about your build when I was a member at ranger-forums.com. When did you get an F150?

Awsome truck. I am from Ft wayne as well. What trails do you run? So far, I have only been offroading at silver lake.

 

No trail local that I know of. I hit Silver Lake, Houghton Lake, Mi around Grayling area there are some decent trails that I have been winter wheeling on.

I want to hit up the Badlands this year and hopefully make it out to Glamis, Cali area next summer.

Cool. I have heard Baldwin,MI has some decent trails as well. My goal is to someday get to Glamis as well.

 

glamis ??? Just a big sandbox ! If yall make it out this way, ya gotta run the Rubicon, Fordyce, Slickrock, something like that !
