My list of vehicles is kinda short compared to some of you fine folks, but here goes.

63 Ford Thunderbird (Brother wrecked it before I got my drivers license.)
73 Buick Century (had alot of fun in that car.)
84 Chevy Cavalier (it got great gas mileage.)
87 Dodge Ram50 (Great little truck, I left it in Colorado when I bought my Ranger.)
88 Ford Ranger (Still have it 123,000 miles on it, runs good and looks great.)
96 Mercury Cougar XR7 (Awesome car, but sat to close to ground for my liking. Sold it then ordered the new F-150.)

I'm only 26,so I haven't had too many cars.My first was a '70 Mustang fastback with a built 302.Then a '69 Mach 1 with a 351.Sold it to buy a '91 Z28 with the 350 TPI.I know it's a chevy but it was worth it.I installed headers,Flowmaster 3" with dual outs, shift kit, removed converters, siamesed runners and a custom burnt race chip.Needless to say, when I traded it for my '97 F150,it would walk off and leave the 305 hp cobras. But i got married and the sports car had to go.Trying to find a way to speed up my 5.4L now.

A 1978 F-150 Ranger Lariat 4WD and a 1967 Bronco Roadster. Both strong, fine trucks which I still have and drive. With either one I know I can get home which is more than I can say for this '97 F-150 Lariat piece-of-junk. In 60K miles I've replaced the alternator, steering sector, lug nuts and the heater core SIX TIMES! Ford has no answer and no help for a 50-year ford owner.

Well, I've never owned anything new before my 1999 F150, but I had a 1969 F100 that I absolutely loved. I couldn't see owning two vehicles, and I wanted to move back up north (I'm in Dallas), so I went for a new 4x4, and sold the F100 so it could stay down south. Hope the new owner takes good care of her, she was a doll!

Not only do I remember what I've had the last 27 years, I remember what I paid for it:

60 Plymouth Belevdere (Push Button Auto)$300
67 Plymouth Fury III $100
69 Chevy Caprice $950
74 Dodge Charger (My favorite,it was black I was single) $3,000
72 Fiat $1,000
72 Dodge Dart $750
70 Plymouth Fury II $100
80 Datsun 200SX $4,200
85 Toyota Pick Up $6,600
66 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible $2,500

That's 10 vehicles in 27 years that cost a total of $19,500.
(and none of them had a $65 radiator hose)

99 F150 $21,500. If it lasts 27 years I might break even.

Before my '98 F150 Lariat EC 4X4 Red, I had/have:

'97 Taurus SHO Black(wife's car, so I'm not "allowed" to drive it much!)

'93 Ranger EC 3.0l V6, 5sp Green. It has 182,000 miles, I drive it all the time to work or to haul my dogs, even though its smashed up on one side REALLY bad (used the insurance settlement to buy the F150!)

'91 Ranger XLT EC 3.0l V6, 5sp Red. Gave it to my step-son. It has 120,000 and I might get it back (he finally got a job!! so he's buying a new truck - Ford, of course, I taught him well.)

'84 Cavalier Brown (I think) YUCH! My one mistake (i.e. not Ford) But I was desperate (i.e. unemployed) and needed some CHEAP wheels. It broke down in downtown Houston, and I pushed it to the curb and walked away. Piece of junk!

'86 Mustang GT "Gimme a ticket" Red. My baby! Some a**hole ran into me almost head-on w/ a Suburban. Lucky to make it out w/ no injuruies, but the car never ran the same after that. Got rid of it w/ 50,000 on it.

'84 Ford Escort Red. My first new car. Great little thing - I beat the hell outta it and it kept on running. Traded it when I bought the Mustang.

'76 Maverick 2 tone blue. Great college car, drove it for years with 2 bald snow tires (in upstate NY)

Sorry for the long post but I enjoyed reminiscing.
