I have read that FMC has a e-mail customer service line, is this fact??
If this is so, could someone please send it to me or post a reply on here......Thanks

 

I have tried unsuccessfully to find an email addy for FMC, I did find an email address to a dealer in Maryland, who informed me that they DON'T have that service for the general public...best you can do is call the customer service number and gripe
1-800-392-3673 and they record what you tell them then email/fax every word to your dealer. Dang tattletales! What I found out, is that they really only take your fuming and put it back on the dealer to take care of your problem. I know one dealer who won't get my business again...good luck dogcam!

I think FMC and all dealers should be more into customer relations, plus have a bitching dept......Take Care
