dad ordered mine, it's amazing what they'll sneak in on your truck when you give the assembly guys a bottle of Crown Royal. mine even got bumped up in priority from its original build date [i sent a thank you card to the guy who is in charge of that]. then dad's load schedule got switched when my truck came out of the factory so he could haul it to the dealer.
now i wish i got the supercab and the 5.4L, but oh well. it has been a superb truck.

damn, back from the dead with a shaved head.... this thread was started a month and a day after my first marriage

 

I simply ask the local dealer to find me a fully loaded fx4 plus with every available option and thats what i got every option except for navigation. which I regret not getting now.

 

I drove mine off someone else's driveway. Brand new to me.

 

i got mine off the lot. It was the only XLT that would go for $415 a month
