how the hell can you even do that? i have never been able to hit a dog, whether it be nice or mean. if it attacked me im sure i would but i still would never in my right mind consider even hitting a dog for punishment and especially a helpless puppy. my friends dad used to hit their dog on the hip part when it wouldn't shut up and i felt bad and all i could think of is how can you treat your pet like that, and how does that dog even like you?

I hope someone did get to him and he's lying on a lake bottom somewhere.
Piece of garbage.
I realize not everyone is an animal lover, and I understand that, but anyone who abuses or tortures one deserves a shovel to the back of the head.

I hope this bastard is beaten down, left for dead, and rots in hell. Its not even fair that the suspect took his anger out on a 6 month old dog when he mad at his neighbor. People just **** me off that can be that cruel to an animal.

i saw pics of the dog. i couldnt tell what breed it was or if it was a mutt. hence, thats why i asked "what kind of dog was it?"

Gotcha. Well, to me it looks like a rottweiler/ sheppard mix of some kind. But no, I hadn't read anywhere the actual breed. Yes, it looks to be a definate mutt though.

How someone can say that would expect someone in his position to be of a certain moral character with a straight face is beyond me.
You are right, he SHOULD be of that higher moral standard, but real world, most people in those positions got there based on who they know and who they blow, regardless of being qualified or being a douchebag in general.
It's a joke. I wish this guy was near me, it burns my *** up to hear about someone hurting a defenseless animal like that.
Bring up a good point. He should be held to a higher standard, but I do realize there is scum hanging around any profession. Its sad, but true.

WTF?!! How much a threat can a 6 month old puppy be? They don't have a clue what they are doing at that age.

what a POS. i can honestly say that if someone did that to my puppy, they wouldn't live long to tell about it, my puppy to me is just like my daughter . i mean if the dog was a german shepard or a rotweiler (spelling?) i can maybe see it, but a 6 month old mutt puppy, that has a big toy bunny...it takes all kinds i guess.
