Actually, the greater the turn out on election day, the lower the IQ of the average voter... And the more likely a Democrat is to win. Education and indoctrination are not the same thing.

This is true...

Thank God for high population densities, and electoral votes in places where education still means something, such as Massachusetts, Illinois, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, California, Florida, etc... Were it not for them, ignorance, divisiveness, and hate would have won the day, again...

Voting for Obama, I knew I was pi**ing my vote into the wind here in the Republian stronghold of Texas. Nevertheless, I was proud to see Obama managed 45% of the vote here.

That's saying something.

If he does well- in 4 years, that might become 51%

If he does good the next four years , I'll vote for him.
I will however examine the reasons things are better. Things take time. It'll two years before he makes the first bit of real difference, and longer on most issues. These are very complex problems that need fixing.

An online forum is probably not the best place to get information like that.
But I find the GD section more informative than the evening news. There are some serious ***** on here

Tumba, that's pretty cool man.
It shows you to be fair and honest, not much more you can ask for.

There is no shortage of people who would not vote for him NO MATTER WHAT, so it's really nice to see you with an open mind.

If you believe your question to be true what does that say about you?

I live in a neighborhood where my race represents less than .05% of the population. Many are retired judges, military, police, ect... From the yard signs I saw, nearly all of them voted for McCain. They dont judge me, I dont judge them. If we have different political views it never affects us being neighbors.

I dont know anybody personally right or left who is sensible that thinks what you ask. I do notice many on this board feel there is something wrong with a person supporting ideas THEY dont agree with and all they can do is insult and smear. I think that is part of the reason the majority of this country rejected republicans. Fear and smear no longer work.
I support fiscal conservative principles and im a social moderate. Im a registered Independent who used to lean right on most issues.
The way the right has behaved this election has pushed many to the left.

sorry guys im stupid/racist/ignorant redneck.

This is about the stupidest thing ive ever heard. there was about 50 or so people asked some questions about Obama and all of them didnt know any of his polocies or even you his VP was.

this was asked:
"As a Obama supporter how do you feel about Obama's VP Palin"
the general answer:
"Well Obama is a smart man and if Palin is good with him then he's good with me"

This took place in Florida. This is rediculous maybe some of the Democrats can explain this.

Obama does have good plans (mostly unrealistic) but he was elected for all the wrong reasons.

I think its the Dems that are stupid/ignorant/racist the ONLY reason Obama won was because he was BLACK.

The biggest thing Obama and his supporters were pushing was "Go out and vote, doesnt matter if you vote Obama or Mcain just vote" This statement is absurd. If you dont know anything about the election then dont vote. plain and simple.

just my thoughts...
