go vote today

Who did you vote for and why? The polls open here in 30 min. Do you think Mccain can win?

I think Obama is going to win. He'd better. If he doesn't win then there are going to be a lot of people, and "news" sources that got it totally wrong and will have much egg on their faces. So hopefully Obama wins.

I'm voting McCain because I like him more, and I believe he is more experienced and a veteran. I don't really like Palin or a lot of her beliefs, so I'm hoping McCain doesn't die.

But, at the end of the day, I think Obama will win.

I'm going this evening after work. I'm voting McCain, but I realize that there's enough stupid people in this country to see to it that Obama will probably win.

I went to the polls at 6am as usual.
Been voting there for 20 years and never had more than 5-10 people in front of me.
Turn out for this one won't be heavy, it will be historic.

I couldn't get within three blocks of the school. Stood in line, in the rain, for 1 and half hours.

i voted early and took mccain, (my brothers going today and i wished id have waited, but im still goi9ng to make sure he gets it right lol) anyway ive explored many beefs i have with obama and another key one in my decision is where he himself may not be that bad of a guy..... but then you factor in influences by his racist wife and reverends, and sharpton and jackson and all the other black panther officials - knowing those people are behind the scenes pulling the strings - is just another reason to vote mccain, as well as more people to hate if obama wins

You are asking that on a conservative truck forum?

You know what kind of responses you'll get.

I'll throw a "liberal" wrench in the gears, I voted for Obama (even though he is too conservative based on my personal views). Do I think Mccain can win? We'll see. Rich people vote a lot more than the lower class.

I voted against bush twice. However you vote, I just hope you DO. And I hope you can live with your decesion for the next 4 years. I belive that a lot of people that voted for Bush are almost ashamed to admit it now. Bush has been on the wrong side of history on almost every issue. History will tell us the true story. He will go down as one of the worst presidents in our nations history, just beating out Nixon.

I didn't vote for Bush or Mccain, I'm proud to say.

But either way, Mccain or Obama. You are still picking the lesser of two evils.

Go vote, for someone! At the very least go vote down all the local crappy tax increases on your local ballot.

Do I/You have to vote for Mccain just because I/you drive a F150?

I voted Mccain, but Obama will win because the Redskins lost yesterday.

Whiteghost, the only reason I voted for Bush the last two times was two words... Gore and Kerry... Do you honestly think either of those two would have made things any better given all the stuff Bush has gone thru since 2000? Do you think that 9/11 would not have occurred if Gore was in office?

I'm not "proud" of the way Bush has governed our country for the last 8 years, but I also don't think he went out of his way to make it this way? In my mind, if Kerry had been in office the last 4 years, we'd be in an even more world of hurt then we are now... Gore, well, I can't even speak to that one... 8 years under Clinton, all he had to do was wake up and check his email and go back to sleep.... ha, ha!!

It is what it is now, and no one has a functioning crystal ball to tell us what the next 4 years is going to bring, so the one thing I AM glad for is that more people WILL vote today then ever before, but it'll be for all the wrong reasons....

Mitch

I disagree with most of what you said. I think history will prove that Bush was a much better President than the press has led us to believe. I respect his willingness to do what he believes is right, regardless of personal attacks.

I respect your opinion just as I hope you would respect mine.

Bottom line, VOTE! For whatever reason, just VOTE!

I agree, I think Bush has been a good president especially with what he has had to deal with.
