i was tryin to get his plates the whole time but i couldnt get next to him cause he kept slowing down cause he was scared of me or something.....he had no front plates....i shouldve called cops though....it was ridiculous

 

it's illegal to have no front license plate in texas also. You should've called the 5-0 on his @zz mark! And stayed around to watch him get arrested....that would have been HILARIOUS!
