Seriously dude, do you EVER post a complete thought? All you post are worthless little jabs... never defending an entire thought, or offering one either.

Is that a party related thing? Sure seems to be a common theme...

You are so right.
A truely polished politician will develop a better thought bridge than "uh's" and "um's".

Maybe something like "My friends,... " with a smile.

Haha. When he said that, I thought of South Park's Mr. Mackey.

A good unverbalized pause was Clinton biting his lower lip. I hated that.

It was a hybrid course for public speaking and speech. You likely didn't hear about said courses because they don't offer them to "average" or below average students.

Although you THOUGHT you were being clever, you actually accidentally made a good point. Replacing mumbles, murmurs, and "uh/um" with actual words is what you are supposed to do.

Maybe you have hope after all...

I'd rather have Bush speak up to me than Obama speak down to me.

Seriously---you all rip Obama for his speech patterns. Bush sounds like he came off of the TV set of either "Green Acres" or the "Beverly Hillbillies."

Perhaps W and Mr. Haney are related somehow...

I don't rip Obama for his speech patterns, I rip him for thinking he's better than everyone and speaking down to everyone.

Not very becoming of a messiah.
