He isn't half of anything. He is American born.

To get technical he would be the mixture of what his parents were.
Race and nationality do not accurately mix.
An African American would accurately be an African that immigrated here and became a citizen.
Native Born Black Americans would be accurately be called Black Americans since 12 generations of Blacks were born here in U.S. prior to the Civil War.

 

 

According to American standards if he has 1% of Black blood he is Black.

Race and nationality are not the same thing...you cant be half German and 100% American...that would make you 150% German American if you immigrated here and became a citizen.

You can be White, Black, Red or Yellow of any nationality like a White Africans yes?

 

We're all 100% human race. (Most of us anyway )

My father immigrated here, he's 100% German. I'm a first born American on my Father's side of the family. That makes me 100% American, but half German, amongst the other nationalities, just like everyone else.

Also, I don't call people by colors.

 

My family has been here for centuries. Everyone in my family has visible variations of mixes of Native American Indian, Black and White. My forign nationalities I know of are English, French, Spanish and Chinese.
Im 20th generation American.
As long as you never use racial descriptions you never need to call people colors or mix color with nationality.

 

My other nationalities are Spanish, English, and Kentucky Hillbilly.
