TN Congressman Steve Cohen compares Obama to Jesus!

This is getting crazy. This guy compares Obama to Jesus and Palin to Pontius Pilot. Unbelievable.

I'd really love Obama to be asked what he would of done in the event of 9/11 under his watch ... I'd love to hear that answer ...

You don't have the time to hear his explanation. You would STARVE TO DEATH waiting for him to give a straight answer.

He'd probably have attacked Afghanistan initially, instead of that "proven" WMD country of Iraq. Glad Bush handled it with style. Just my opinion. - Og

That would have been the right thing to do as it was Afghanistan that attacked us, right? Or was it the Taliban? What is that you say? Afghanistan harbored terrorists and allowed terrorists training camps?

You can conclude ther there are no WMD. I'm not as convinced. When are we going to look into Syria? My contention is that the WMD haven't yet been found.

Bush probably won't be remebered as a man of style. He will be remebered as a man with conviction.

That's exactly what should have happened, and when that was the plan, Bush had support from nearly everyone. Had Bush proceeded with nailing Al-Queda and the people that harbored them, and made it successful, he would have had support to do anything else after that, including invading Iraq. Anyone that thinks he wasn't looking for an excuse to invade Iraq needs to learn some history.

Such a failure of empathy, such numbness to the pain of a child or the desperation of a parent, is not innate; nor, history tells us, is it unique to a particular culture, religion, or ethnicity. It may find expression in a particular brand of violence, and may be channeled by particular demagogues or fanatics. Most often, though, it grows out of a climate of poverty and ignorance, helplessness and despair."

Do you think that understanding is not part of the solution?

Convictions can be warranted and convictions can be flat out wrong. Regardless of how you want to dress it up. - Og

I'm from tennessee and I hate Cohen. He's trying to make a formal apology for slavery. it's all an election year stunt. This guy is an idiot and I am definitely exercising my right to vote.
