What I was trying to convey, was that I never would have said it without the pastor referring to Obamas mama as trash. I had not thought it, until the pastor so eloquently pointed it out. I thought about it, processed his statement, and then concurred with his conclusion.

How do you know? Were you around in the 60's and know about all interracial couples?
What about black women that took up with white men? Were they trash too?
Maybe your conclusion is based on emotion, not facts like the rev.

The Rub:
Obama's mother is trash. She laid with trash. Obama's father was trash (because he died drinking and driving) and therfore, he is trash also. So, I can make the assumption that if Obama is the product of trash... He is trash also.
As to black women with white men. I have NO issues with this... Even though I personally do not find black women attractive. I have a thing for Mexican women and female Persian midgets.

When I was driving Friday I was listening to the Russ Martin show and they must have played that clip of the crazy pastor talking about quoting his mama about 10 times in a row. It was halarious!

But there are those who still believe the negative racial stereotypes which is very apparent due to the posts and type of comments made about Obama since the start of the election process.

Either side should not be surprised. It's politics. All involved have bought into it. It's a race and basically they do whatever they have to do (except stick to issues) to win. The issues that matter will be dealt with once their in, but right now they have to get in. No matter what. - Og
