That sounds right to me, but it's been a while, almost 2 years, since I received my package.

If they don't find it, the claim goes to the shipper? Then I have to get him to send me the $300 it was insured for?!

WTF! I am so fed up with this.

It's not like I can ask the guy I bought it from for the $275 back either... well... can I?

Grrr.....

I was so looking forward to having this today.
Legally , yes the seller owes you the money and it is up to him to recoop his loses

Done (hopefully).
Requested the seller reimburse me the sale price and he deals with UPS (seeing as he'll get the ins. $ or package back anyway).
Hopefully this works out now.

Wish me luck. Anyone got an Edge for sale?

my buddy works in the load at livona he says sometimes they've had box's that should go to Cail. go all the way to FL. so it could be a few days. because they have to ship the box back to were it came from. so say they ship from mich it goes to FL insted of Cail they have to send it from FL back to michigan then to Cail. this kinda thing happens alot like i said 3-5 times a month for most loaders they will mis sorta the box into the wrong truck.

Back before the barcode scanning, it wasn't unusual for a package going to
Camden Arkansas, to end up in Camden Arizona. Happened two me twice, so
I'm sure it happened to others as well.

Actually showed up on the original delivery date!

Now only thing is... trying to turn it on. What am I missing?! Turned the key to "ON", plugged the Evo in... nothing. Unplugged it, waited 5 sec., plugged it back in... nothing.

Please tell me in their rush to get it here after effing up, UPS didn't screw this thing up.

Yeah, I know. But I checked the fuse, both 12V outlets work and the cig lighter works.

The unit is dead, and the pic I was sent is not what I received (missing USB cable, zip ties and velcro).

I have (again) requested the payment price be refunded asap so that they can send the unit back to Edge if it's still in warranty for a repair.

Hopefully the level of cooperation is high.

I agree with what shifty said. I worked as a pre-loader for about 8 months about a year and a half ago. UPS likes to under staff and over work their preloaders. Watching that many packages come down the line and find just the packages that you load and put it on the right shelf on the right side of the right truck can be very tough at times when your loading over 1000 packages onto 4 different trucks. I had my share of misloads and I got to be one of the better loaders. It's easy to get mad if you don't get your packages. But now I blame it on the company in general, not the loaders, because they don't want to pay more workers. Plus the turnover on pre-loaders is extremely high. Where I worked, they didn't even drug test anymore because they couldn't find people to work that shift. Whether you believe it or not, it's a pretty tough job especially during the peak season.
