My brother and Corona Extra are great friends. I don't drink much but prefer Shiner Bock or if a friend has some of the old Lone Star before Olympia bought the company, that's good stuff. Otherwise, make mine Dads. Yeah, I really like root beer! LOL. And whoever posted anything with Samuel Adams label apparently hasn't had any of their stuff with cream something on the label. Even the ants down here won't touch it in 120F heat. YUK!!!

You spend some time in Deutschland?
I've haven't had a Bitburger since I was redeployed stateside.

Bitburger has been available around here for quite some time, although not in the supermarkets. I used to buy it at Trader Joe's, along with Warsteiner, Pilsner Urquell, and others.

I've been on kind of a world beer tour, getting something different every weekend, and there's a lot of good stuff out there.
Unfortunately, not very much of it comes from breweries in the US.
I've been stuck on Spaten and Stella Artois as of late. I like Warsteiner too, the Verum and Dunkel. Beck's is good, and Lowenbrau. Heineken isn't bad to have on hand, and it's easy to find at most stop-n-robs and grocery stores. Pilsner Urquell is good too.
I'm not a big Guinness fan, but it's alright as half of a black and tan. Newcastle Brown Ale is possibly the worst stuff I've ever willingly drank. Sam Smith's IPA isn't bad, the Oatmeal Stout is the beer that drinks like a meal, and the Hefeweizen is good.
Mexico's got some good stuff too, like Negra Modelo. Dos Equis ain't bad, and I kinda like Tecates with lime and salt over a Corona.
I like Yuengling when I can get it, usually only when I'm out of town at a restaurant somewhere on draft. I don't understand the hard on Texans have for Shiner Bock. I like most everything Sam Adams does, except Boston Lager, the fruity beers, and the Cream Stout. Rogue's Dead Guy Ale and the Hefeweizen are excellent.
I've drank a lot of it, but it should be a crime to call things like Coors Light, Miller Lite, Bud Light, Natural Light, hell, most anything that says Lite/Light, along with their non-Light cousins, beer.

I love to have a 1/2 and 1/2, or a black and tan. You should try a yellow jacket (at least it whats the bar tender called it) it is a 1/2 and 1/2 with a shot of Captain on the top.
Beer for drinking at home is usually miller chill, or lately it has been some Kona brewery that the local grocery store had some here in Florida, first time I have seen it since I left Hawaii (Brewery is in Hawaii)

Anything Sam except Cherry wheat and Cranberry lambic. Octoberfest is out now, yummy!
I like hoppy ales; IPAs etc.
Yuengling is great. Saranac makes great beer. Brooklyn Brewery is great stuff. There are a lot of great craft beers out there and some are not much more expensive than Bud. Bud sucks and so does Corona. Heineken is usually stale by the time you open it.
