Unfortunately, my sister married into similar stupidity. My bro-in-law went to a local lake with my dads boat. He pulled it with his new Chevy 4x4 work truck that his boss bought for him. They launched right at the dam. The truck went in right as the boat came off of the trailer and settled on the bottom....in 100 feet of water. That was quite a few years ago. The truck is still there with the trailer. He never got to use the boat again, my dad was like that.

Whoever is good at computers can now make us a nice "FAIL" photo from the pics in the thread.

All is not lost.
