and there are alot of Dodge fans that will say oh its a kick *** car srt blah blah blah, but that is not the point I'm making, a charger is a 2 door hardtop, this 4 door thing should not have been allowed to wear the charger name they should have come up with a new name for it like I dunno the all new dodge that looks just like every other dodge. I liken this car to if the mustang or the camaro had been released as a 4 door or worse a station wagon.


so what is you disappointing revisit to a car name plate

 

It could have been the coronet and they woulda been fine. Problem was that this was slightly before the muscle car rebirth.

 

this premiered in 2005 same as the nbs mustang, its just usual dodge buisness follow don't lead

If you think the current Charger is bad, try to remember this one. One like this was my first car, and remains the reason why I will never own another Chrysler product again.

I dunno - to me, slapping the Taurus nameplate on a Volvo is pretty bad........

Dodge really doesn't have any decent names to resurrect for a "sporty" 4 door sedan. Coronet? Dart? Polara? Monaco? None of the above.

I guess I'm getting old, I don't pay as much attention to cars as
i used to. They all look alike to me.
But the first time I saw the four door Charger , I said "Are you sure that is a Charger".

 

Exactly they did pretty damm good with the challenger it is recognizable as a challenger but I just cant get behind the charger 4 door
