Ive been in for 2.5 years now and am SOO tired of school...
i was goin to Tech for Construction Technology but decided i did not like the program compared to every other schools Construction program. Now i think im going to finish my associates and start taking Business classes at West Texas A&M then go back to tech for a general business major with an emphasis on project management and a (possible) minor in construction business and documents.
I also have been throwing around the idea of going to operator school to get certafied as a heavy equipment operator and just start working..

trying to decide between computer science and information technology. in the intro class that CS, IT, and IS have to take, one of our lab projects is gonna be to split into teams and build a simple robot that can do some kind of task. ought to be fun.
Apply with an oil company.... they don't care what kind of engineer you are they just want engineers. On my team this summer we had 2 chemical, 1 electrical, 2 mechanical and 3 petroleum engineers, plus me an intern majoring in petroleum. Downside is you won't be doing much "mechanical" engineering, but the upside is the money can't be beat.
