the rock racing at prairie was sick. all the way from a pretty much stock 80 something yota to full tube buggies with dual cases, dual hp 60's and a supercharged ls1. definatley going back next year. probalby heading to pleasanton saturday for the good guys car show and then maybe up to vacaville to go wheel a little private spot off of 80(mixchallenge.com) i think

Sorry guy, I rarely come on this site anymore. E-mail me at

Euroauto@sonic.net and it'll grab my attention quicker.

Things are going pretty decent. The sami has been put on hold, but the only thing I am waiting for is the cage. The guy building my cage (Rob) just recently had a stroke at the age of 45 All bad. He always carries his stress with him, and he runs three different businesses, guess it just got to him. He is ok, and no real side effects and he looks like he'll be ok. He need to heal up though, and then needs some surgery.... so things are just kind of in limbo now.

Truck is same old same. Still puttin around. How about you ???

Ya, Praire has really stepped up the game from what I hear. I went out there a couple years ago, and it was much smaller. Checkin it out on Pirate and looks like a lot more guys are coming out. Thats awesome. Always fun to watch those buggies.

I was thinkin about headin out to the same show. If I head out, I'll hit ya up.

You planin to go out and meet Bob ?? Mix Canyon ? Awesome guy out there. Some real hardcore trails though, and lots of brush. They say anything less then 37" tires, and you don't stand a chance. I hope to prove em wrong with my 36's. You also want roll protection ! I have heard of some stocker jeeps going up and playing around, but having to be tugged out most of the time. Have you read the thread on pirate for it ? Bob comments from time to time. Its only open sundays too. But all the guys seem cool. I have met only a couple, and only once.

Yeah i was planning on headin up, but there is a trail called upper loop thats suposed to be basicaly scenic, not hardcore like the rest of the trails. I talked to the guy who started the tread on pirate and he said that as long as i could make it up bob's driveway the upper loop would be no problem. If i go itd just be to putz around and then watch the real off road rigs try the hard trails.

Yeah prairie was nice. i only got to see a tiny bit(mainy the course) but i bet that place would be fun after the first two real rains up there. i might head up again sometime this summer to really go out and look around.

Glad to hear the trucks good and that the sami's almost done. Thats too bad to hear about your cage builder though, hope everythings ok with him.

You talking about heading to the good guys show? definatley hit me up if you do. ill probably head down there around 1030-11 depending on how hung over i am from the night before.haha

cool, I didn't know upper loop was that easy. in that case, you'll have a blast man.

Man, I need to get out there. last time I was there, they had one rock pile, and that was about it. Some other misc obstacle type course, but really not much for real rigs. Things musta changed ! Thats awesome.

Ya man, I'll hit ya up. Want to get out there for sure. Just kinda waiting to see the weather. If its 100*+ then I may puss out. i hate the heat !!!

I'm one of "them"....

We need to dig MT out of his health food hole and get him posting on here again.

He is sure one heck of a trouser trout fisherman.

MSall, MadMax, Shines, PO, Scott, Dave/BigMan, JBMX, Tumba, Josiah, 4.2Trimble... anyone?
