Question What size to make photos?

Im going to try to put a photo slideshow together using something like windows movie maker. I just figured out how to resize the pics, last time I did it the pics were like 3-4 MB, that didnt work to well. Anyway, what is a good size to make these pictures?

640x480
800x600
1024x768

if your going to be uploading the video to youtube, go with something like 640x480

if you want the slide show for personal use, such as watching it on a tv or something, try around 1024x768 to keep a decent resolution.

hope this helps!

I'd use Irfanview to resize the pics *and* make the slideshow. A 1024x768 .jpg should be no larger than around 200kb. Irfanview is free.
