as many of you may or may not know, my dad was looking into buying the old tonka back, instead he got one of these and said it was just a toy. i asked him if he was gonna be driving it and said "no, im not a teenager anymore" so i had a look on my face as if "wtf? why did you buy it then?" then he said its "our new project". this is cool since ive never done a project with my dad b4. lets just say this is gonna be one fast motha.. dont worry guys im still gonna keep my truck sh*t i just spent 1800 on new parts 2 weeks ago. this is not a actual pic but this is exactly wat it looks like. should be getting here this weekend. dad has it in mexico right now and cant cross it till he gets new paper plates. will post pics when i get it.

its a 1998 Corvette C5 (with one of the most powerful engines made by chevy) THE LS1.. 6-speed. completely stock.

haha i dont know but ive had 2 camaros in the past a z28.. and a SS.. both were monsters.. and both had ls1's. i love that engine.
here they are. i miss my ss everytime i think of it..

good luck Tonka. those Vettes are sweet in the motor/tranny department. They suck in the rear axle though.

Hope you guys have plans to replace the half-shafts right away. If not, they'll leave you on the side of the road after a few good clutch drops

I had a 92 Anniversary Camaro that I had for ten years. Sold it to get my truck and yeah, me too, every time I think of that car I get all chokes up

update: the modding has started... pickup some 18x10.5 for the rear and 17x8.5 for the front Z06 chrome wheels from my uncles shop.. $500 for the wheels. gonna be getting new NITTO NT555R2 305/35/18 for the rear, and 255/40/17 NT555'S for the front within the next week. future mods (all bolt ons)
full custom exhaust, headers,bbk titanium dual c.a.i., ngk plugs, bbk short shift, bbk throttle body, sry about the pics. i forgot my camara at home today.. but promise will get pic soon. also the interior and exterior need a lot of cleaning..
