I am pissed!!!
I can not stand these freaking companies that outsource to freaking india, and other countries for customer service. I got double charged from a mess up that hotels.com did. last time I checked hotels.com has a huge building in Dallas so when I call them I expect to talk to a freaking american who speaks proper english! I call them and I talk to some indian chick who doesnt even understand what the hell I am saying. A computer would have been better than this incompetent idiot lady from india named sue. So she transfers me to expedia and I talk to someone named Ivan who has to be in russia because his English was horrible. I got put on hold for like 5 minutes while he tried to figure it out. I got so mad I just hung up. Talking to these idiots isnt worth trying to get my $119 back in my account. When I call someone for customer service I expect to be understood when I speak! Man I wish I could cuss on here because I am really angry right now. I am goinn to leave work early and go home and drink some Beam. I need to calm down.

Just beacuse the person on the phone is indian, does not mean its outsourced. 9 times out of 10 yeah, but not always. We have a pretty large American Express call center here in Scottsdale. And one of our friends works there and they said about 95% of the workers are Indian. So yeah still talking to rahmadjahidamang, but still in the U.S.. They discouraged me from working there becuase of the people, and the smell. Honestly.
