It was a real S.O.B

Building it was fun, staining it sucked, partying with friends on it...Save the best till last!!

Anyways I built it last summer and finally got around to staining the SOB.

What really sucked was doing the underneath, talk about a soar neck!

Stained used was BEAR premium deck and fence stain, Cedar natural tone, NO. 501, used about 6.5 gallons, thats two coats.

Before

After

More pics are in my gallery under deck and patio...

Only thing left is to seal the patio so it has that wet look too it all the time, then I am done with the back!!....time to enjoy along with a bottle of southern comfort !!!

Very nice! That is a lot of work. I see you have your big mosquito swatter hanging on one of the support posts... You couldn't pay me to live in that place again. I grew up in Ramsey.. went to Anoka high school. Joined the military and haven't looked back since.

That looks sharp! +1,000 kudos

Just one question though.... why is there a sun umbrella UNDER a patio that already blocks the sun
